This is a terrific prenatal vitamin. Not only does it have a great mix of vitamins, minerals, herbs and vegetables, but the pills are small and easy to swallow. They also are very easy to digest.

I have been taking this product for the last 6 months. I have found an increase in vitality without any adverse affects. I find that this vitamin provides a level of protection from the rigors of daily stress (i.e. lack of sleep, improper diet, worry, disease, and exercise) because it is PACKED with nutrients and absorbed efficiently. The daily dosage is NINE tablets. If you are taking other supplements with these vitamins, you may need a small bowl and a big glass of water.
